07.06.2021 | CustomerAffairs

Once again, Amazon puts the focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) ahead of Prime Day on June 21 and 22. Various PR and marketing activities show customers who is behind the Prime Day deals and the wide variety of companies selling online.

That's why there's a special campaign in the two weeks leading up to Prime Day again: Prime customers who spend at least ten euros on purchases from selected Amazon selling partners will receive a ten euro credit for Prime Day.

Entrepreneurs behind the "virtual storefronts" at Amazon share their stories on "Amazon Kleine Unternehmen". Why did they start a business? What is important to them? What do they expect from the future? Their stories have been shared via Amazon's own channels. In addition, customers can find exciting products from SMBs from Germany and Austria on the campaign page.

We supported Amazon with their Prime Day communication and got to know many exciting small and medium-sized businesses with various stories: Tali, whose co-founder is Persian, the inclusive company Herbalind and two sisters that founded Ovy.

Learn more about the campaign on the Amazon Day One Blog.
